Mysql::Error: query: not connected

MySql 5.1 Client가 Rails 2.3에서 작동하지 않고 아래 에러 만들 때

 libmySQL.dll받아 rubyhome/bin폴더에 추가

 

rake aborted!
Mysql::Error: query: not connected: CREATE TABLE `schema_migrations` (`version` varchar(255) NOT NULL) ENGINE=InnoDB
